As well as each trimester (just like your body preparing for birth) those contraindications change too. Workout with the safest and most beneficial method for prenatal bodies. Max 3 people per session so that you can get the care and attention you and your baby need.
Gentle and safe, that is how we start back. Postpartum exercise should feel as though it is nuturing and energising your body. Babies are welcome or you can attend baby-free. We do require clearance from you obstetrician or GP prior to commencing. We can also recommend you to a local and fantastic pelvic floor physiotherapist, if you are looking for clearance to participate.
